1. UnifiedOffice.com Privacy Policy.

UnifiedOffice.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Unified Office, Inc. (“Unified Office,” “we,” “us” and “our”). This Privacy Policy describes and governs how we collect information in connection with your use of the Site and how we use and share that information.

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically and will post any changes to the Site so that you are always informed about what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it. You may also send us your résumé and other information relating to your job search or application. We use this information only for recruiting and employment purposes; we do not use it for marketing purposes. If you are hired by Unified Office, the information you provide during the recruiting process will become part of our employee records.

We may share your information with our trusted third party service providers to help us manage and operate the Site, such as performing statistical analysis, sending you e-mail, postal mail or text messages, providing customer support and performing other important services. Unified Office operates other Web sites, including extranet sites we offer for the convenience of our clients. This Privacy Policy applies only to this Site and not to any other site owned or operated by us.

This Privacy Policy and your use of the Site is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, U.S.A., without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
