    We are currently searching for experienced salespeople with proven direct sales successes who want to be part of a fast-growing innovator. This is a unique opportunity for the right individuals. A strong understanding of the business requirements of Small and Medium Business and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) and franchise owners would be very helpful.

    Responsibilities

    ~ Sell Unified Office managed service with VPS (Visual Performance Suite) analytics directly to QSRs and other Service Restaurants
    ~ Drive revenue by initially capturing new multi-store QSR franchisees, insuring success at initial store.
    ~ Lead team in successful multi-store roll out at each new franchisee
    ~ Recruit new franchisees through referrals, obtaining invitations to district franchisee meetings, regional events and cold calling
    ~ Become a master at internalizing and pitching UO’s unique value propositions
    ~ Consistently meet or exceed monthly objectives
    ~ Develop and maintain accurate monthly opportunity forecast
    ~ Leverage sales by capturing and maintaining up to date CRM information
    ~ Demonstrate organizational leadership and team-building skills.

    Skills & Experience

    Mandatory:

    ~ A proven track record over 5+ years in producing results in a SAAS or SAAS like environment targeting SMBs
    ~ Demonstrated success in exceeding quota by capturing new accounts (with multiunit roll out desirable plus)
    ~ Highly motivated self-starter who is versatile enough to be a team player as well as an effective individual contributor
    ~ Enthusiastic, outgoing, permeating a positive attitude
    ~ Demonstrated ability to close (Not embarrassed or afraid)
    ~ Enjoys competitive events, loves winning, goal oriented
    ~ Passionate, patient but persistent, consultative selling style
    ~ Experienced at building relationships with SMB owners or decision makers
    ~ Partner view of customer or prospect (always available, understands their motivations, personable, interested in their outside activities)
    ~ Motivated by recognition and earning money
    ~ Develops and maintains credibility with prospects & customers
    ~ Rapidly adjusts sales styles to different SMB/QSR owner personalities
    ~ Entrepreneurial zeal and demonstrated success in an early-stage business
    ~ Strong sales automation skills and experience
    ~ Excellent presentation, objection handling and closing skills

    Desirable:

    ~ Demonstrated success in selling in one or both of the following in the SMB (Small-Medium Business) market
    • IP Telephony and/or telecommunications related services and systems
    • IT services and systems
    ~ Experience in selling telephony or IT services to QSR’s or other service restaurants

    We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support/Sales engineer who wants to be part of a fast growing early stage company. The right candidate must possess a “can do” positive attitude and leadership qualities. In addition the right candidate will receive a compensation package that includes a generous equity position within the company. A strong technical background in VoIP and related protocols such as SIP is highly desired.

    Responsibilities

    Unified Office has developed a next generation Unified Communications services platform for voice and data communications using well known cloud-based systems to create virtual “non-facilities” based back office systems that offer innovative mission critical services at a low cost of ownership. Unified Office makes extensive use of channel partners for installation and deployment to our customers across the US. We are currently seeking a Sales & Support Engineer who will be tasked with the installation, deployment and training of our solution at customer sites and with channel partners, in addition to performing Tier 1 through Tier 3 support. This position will require some travel as needed estimated between 10-20%.

    Duties Include: Installation and deployment of our platform ~ Training customers and channel partners ~ Tier 1 through Tier 3 support ~ Integrating voice features with our service platform ~ Creation of product test plans ~ Performing system and protocol 
interoperability testing ~ Create and maintain standard operating procedures and customer 
training documentation ~ Serve as a subject matter expert in customer support and sales ~ Support Sales teams in pre and post sales situations.

    Skills & Experience

    Good working knowledge of IP Networks, Security, and VoIP protocols such as SIP, SIP-T, TRIP, SIP Trunking, RTP, Stun. Web 2.0 development skills are a plus. The ideal candidate will also have a background in QA/Interoperability such as test plan creation, protocol debugging, and systems interoperability. Experience with Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian), LAMP, HTTP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs and firewalls. Programming using scripting languages such as Javascipt, Python, PHP, and Unix.
