Mark Galvin, Chairman
Mark has over 26 years of experience in the Telecommunications & Networking industries. The past 20 years have been as President and CEO responsible for all aspects of business growth. Mark excels in equity-based fund raising, team building, rapid growth business management, system architecture, matching technologies to emerging business needs and building and motivating channels to market.
He founded and was President and CEO of PRI (acquired by Xircom in 1995), RAScom, Inc, (acquired by Excel Switching in 1999), Cedar Point Communications (acquired by Genband in 2011) and Whaleback Systems (currently operating in Portsmouth). PRI, RAScom and Cedar Point were all recognized by Inc. and Entrepreneur Magazine as being among the fastest growing private companies in the US (#95, #51 and #2, respectively).
Mr. Galvin was named Boston Business Journal’s 2004 Telecom All-Star and was a Finalist, 2003 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Mark studied math and computer science in the undergraduate and graduate Faculties of McGill University in Montreal.
Ray Pasquale, Founder & CEO
Ray has spent the last 20+ years as an entrepreneurial technology professional, he has extensive sales and customer engineering experience along with proven management team leadership in dynamic, emerging technology companies. Recently Ray played a key leadership role in professional and customer services, business development, pre-sales and technical marketing while at Sonus Networks, a market leader in Voice over IP technologies.
Ray was a founding member of Sonus’s services organization, recruiting many of its most senior members. From 1996 until 1999 Ray was a key technical leader and sales consultant for Cascade Communications’ worldwide sales organization. During his tenure Cascade was purchased by Ascend Communications. Ascend, a leader in remote access technologies for the Internet market, was subsequently absorbed by Lucent in a merger. Prior to 1996, Ray’s tenure with Digital Equipment Company included positions as Senior Consultant for Worldwide Network Operations, and Technical Leader and Senior Consultant for the Network Products Group.
Ray’s commitments to excellence and ideas were recognized by Digital. Mr. Pasquale received a Customer Satisfaction Award, Storage Systems Excellence Award, and Delta Ideas Recognition Award. He attended the University of Maine.
Roger Tuttle, NH-ICC
Roger has spent the last 23 years working with early stage businesses as a CFO, business consultant and small business owner. Recently he has served as the CFO of Gemini Telemanagement Systems Inc., merging it with Single Digits, and as CFO of Ezenia! Inc. (EZEN.OB). Mr. Tuttle served as CFO of Zydacron, Inc., RAScom, Inc., Voicetek, Proconics, and Aerodyne Products, all of which were successfully merged into larger companies. From 1986 to 1991 Roger worked as a part time CFO with a number of small companies including GENSYM and a number of startups associated with the NH Breakfast Club. Prior to that, Mr. Tuttle held various financial and management positions at Gould, Inc., Bell & Howell, and Raytheon Company, including VP of Finance and Administration for a $500 million group of Gould, Inc. Roger graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1970, with a BS major in accounting.
